[BUG] signup first admin account fails in docker compose

Describe the bug
not able to create the admin account

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. clone https://github.com/simstudioai/sim and cd to it
2. run OLLAMA_URL=http://192.168.2.11:11434 docker compose -f docker-compose.prod.yml up
3. try to create a new user by going to localhost:3000
4. See error

Expected behavior
a user should be created
