Default data files only support .yaml extension, while pattern-specific data file allow .yml

In https://github.com/pattern-lab/patternlab-php-core/blob/master/src/PatternLab/Data.php#L140 the gather method should also gather data from .yml files, as the user expects the behavior to be consistent with pattern-specific data files.
