- Scaled tracing queries to 500x more concurrent users and 31x higher throughput.
- Zero-downtime migration from Grafana Tempo Enterprise to OSS Tempo.
- End-to-end tracing across 13 core Jira experiences.
- Infrastructure for DownUnderCTF — 5,000 players in 2025.
- Host of the monthly SecTalks Sydney meetup.
