EVAnalyzer is an open-source, high-throughput image processing application built specifically to handle massive datasets including whole slide images (WSIs).
What started as a collaborative leisure project by @joda01 and @mel01-lab has grown with a clear mission: to make heavy-duty image analysis simple, scalable, and accessible to the scientific community.
Developed in close cooperation with the University of Salzburg and the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Nanovesicular Precision Medicine, EVAnalyzer has been rigorously tested and refined by scientists, for scientists, ensuring it meets the demanding needs of real-world research.
