Reloading notification

If I understand correctly, currently, (un)installed/updated mods require a complete restart of Minecraft to apply the changes. I think it will be useful to add a screen (appears when you return to the Mod Menu) with a notification that the changes will take effect only on the next launch, as ThatOrThis does.
