Seeing "0 Updates available' message

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Have no updates available.
Observe.

Expected behavior
No message appearing

This appeared after updating all of my mods using this mod, and relaunching the game

the version you linked above brought back a bug, "Mods showing up that are actually up-to-date #101",
ive attached screenshots of the bug below as well as my latest.log
