feat(api)!: add swift intermediary bic and inbound rtp events

Applies the latest spec sync: adds new API surface and removes one simulation enum value.

• Add intermediary_bank_identification_code to Swift Transfers (response field and create parameter).
• Add inbound_real_time_payments_request_for_payment.created and .updated event categories (events, webhook payloads, event subscriptions, and event list filters).
• Add addenda_information to ACH Transfer returns, the ACH transfer return simulation parameters, and the ACH transfer return transaction source.
• Add debtor_account_number and debtor_routing_number to Inbound Wire Transfers.
• Make pending_transaction_id optional when creating a Card Settlement simulation (force-posts without a Card Authorization when omitted).
• Clarify the file_record_edit_criteria (R17) ACH return-reason documentation.
• Remove the twin_city_bank value from the Program create simulation bank enum.

Held for manual review — breaking change: removes the twin_city_bank value from the Program create simulation bank enum, which breaks callers that still send it.
