Badges and borders

Sierra now includes support for "badges", UI elements commonly used to draw attention to a small amount of information such as a message count or an alarm severity:

Additionally, borders declared in markup can now be solid, dashed, or dotted, and can optionally be rounded via a configurable corner radius:
